Tammy Shamhart

Tammy Shamhart brings more than 20 years of experience in and passion for the construction industry to her position at Sun State Builders. She began learning the business growing up working for her family’s general contracting company. Tammy was hired by Sun State Builders in 2013 as a project coordinator. She was later promoted to assistant project manager and then project manager. During the course of her career, Tammy has been involved in multiple projects and gained extensive knowledge managing retail, schools, hospitality, and hangar builds. Tammy prides herself on strong attention to detail, customer relationships and her ability to always find a solution. Her favorite part about her career in construction is the positive impact each project can have on the community.
