Tempe, Arizona– May, 2024 – Sun State Builders (SSB) recently completed construction on a $17 million mixed-use industrial center for Greenwood and McKenzie Real Estate Investments. SSB worked with Winston Architects on the design-build project that began construction in August 2023 and finished in late April 2024.
Gateway Quads is four freestanding buildings that are each 30,680 square feet. The buildings feature masonry construction with 24-foot ceilings and multiple truck loading areas.
“This is a unique industrial office facility for the East Valley and specifically Mesa,” explains Andrea Piering, president of Sun State Builders. “It is a mixed-use complex that is geared to small businesses with an opportunity to adapt for a company’s operational needs.”
