Sun State Builders Breaks Ground on Avion Square

Sun State Builders will break ground Friday, March 6 on a new warehouse and office facility in Chandler. Avion Square is a 39,620-square-foot ground-up build designed for future tenants located just off the 202 at Germann and Cooper Roads near Chandler Airpark. Mayor Kevin Hartke, representatives from Chandler Airport and Sun State Builders will attend.

The spec building adjacent to the airport will offer flex space available for single or multi-tenancy. The total square footage is divisible for up to four tenants at approximately 8,500 square feet each. The building design includes four industrial roll-up doors, 14 x 18 feet, and reinforced slabs for private truck area parking.

“Chandler continues to be a growing area attracting new businesses. The buildings’ proximity to the Chandler airport offers an opportunity to companies seeking more space to expand and to new companies in need of a home to operate,” states Mike Forst, CEO of Sun State Builders.

Alex Affas of Affire Real Estate & Investments is the designated broker representing the property for lease. The project now under construction is projected to be complete and available to tenants by the end of 2026.
