Mike Esposito

Mike Esposito is a Chicago native who built his career in construction. In his nearly two decades in the industry, he’s managed operations and logistics on ground-up projects with a focus on multifamily, residential and hospitality. Prior to joining Sun State Builders in 2023, Mike owned and operated his own firm managing projects in both the commercial and residential sectors. As senior project manager with a focus on developing multifamily housing and hotel projects, Mike brings his extensive experience in construction project management. Mike has a passion for problem-solving and loves new challenges and opportunities. He prides himself on innovation and is armed with research in preparation for finding the best possible solutions. Mike takes a hands-on approach to business, working directly with clients and maintaining open lines of communication. His portfolio of projects includes a 210-room remodel at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale and a 378-room remodel at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, along with more than 1,000 units in multifamily apartment complexes and condos, plus numerous custom and production home construction projects.
