Matt Holly

Matt Holly joined Sun State Builders in 2017 as a project manager. He is a native Arizonan who’s worked in commercial construction and project management for more than 20 years. He is a nationally certified Project Manager, earning his PMP credentials from the Project Management Institute in 2011. Matt received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Green & Sustainable Enterprises at University of Phoenix and holds a LEED GA designation. He began working in construction as a jobsite superintendent and transitioned into estimation and project management as his skills and knowledge base grew. He’s successfully managed a wide variety of projects including remodeling corporate headquarters, critical care units, ground-up movie theatres and convenience stores. His diverse background allows Matt to cultivate a client-centered approach to project management. He understands the key to successful project completion begins with building solid working relationships. Matt’s work ethic and attention to detail help ensure that a client’s vision for a project is realized, not only delivering on schedule and within budget, but also overall intent.
