Jen Rake

Jen Rake grew up in Arizona where she attended Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Leisure Management. She joined Sun State Builders in 2014 as a project administrator and was quickly promoted to a position in accounting. She returned to construction management as a project coordinator and continued advancing her career with a promotion to assistant project manager and later to project manager. In her current position, Jen successfully manages projects taking them from design and bidding through completion, drawing on her keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills and excellent ability to communicate with her team and the various stakeholders. Jen loves bringing a client’s idea to life and prides herself on delivering a positive experience throughout the construction process.
