Pristine Auction is an online sports memorabilia auction house. The company’s new Deer Valley home totals 31,000 square feet under roof, including 11,000 sf of office and 24’ clear warehouse space. A 1,000 square foot balcony provides unobstructed desert mountain and cave creek views, along with comfortable outdoor seating for employees and guests. The modern building elevation features smooth concrete tilt up construction, clerestory windows, corrugated siding and bold red steel beams. Pristine’s office also express a clean and modern theme with polished concrete floors, floor to ceiling glass walls, aircraft cable handrail, and high ceilings. A large employee lounge provides employees an indoor/outdoor dining environment with a glass overhead door to an exterior patio.
