The Papago Reserve Office Building was designed as a wing shaped building that would reach out to greet visitors. The architecture provides natural sandstone and earth tone colors, making a strong statement while maintaining an elegant sophistication. The Project site planning focused on a transition from Washington St. to the site high point while maintaining views to the buttes. Multiple platforms were designed so that the lower platform provides a pedestal for the building to sit upon and allow views from the ground floor up.
