The 67,000-square-foot built-to-suite project in Gilbert for ATLAS and Frito-Lay includes a reception area, training room, quiet rooms, mother’s room. It is the East Valley distribution facility with a large warehouse, truck bays, EV chargers for delivery trucks and maintenance stations.
