Caprock Longbow

The 2025 RED Awards Industrial Project of the Year Finalist is a ground-up multi-tenant spec project that consists of two buildings totaling 246,127 square feet. The buildings will each house up to four tenants and have a 30-foot clear height, ESFR sprinklers, R38 insulation on the roof, and a state-of-the-art, fully concrete, and screened truck court. The project is nestled in the Longbow Golf Course community, and special attention was given to integrating architectural design with the surrounding environment. All dock activities are fully screened between buildings, with 8-foot screen walls situated on the ends. The buildings’ front elevations feature a tilt panel with an attractive patterned design achieved with masonry elements, shade canopies, clerestory windows, and live plant trellis elements that serve as a green screen. The shell project includes two 2,500 spec suites and tenant improvements were added later to provide two additional spec suites, including full air conditioning and lighting to the warehouse.
