The AvAir project consists of two concrete tilt-up buildings, one totaling 92,500 square feet, including 20,000 square feet of Class-A two story corporate office space with office balconies and a sweeping curved roof element. Features include a two story lobby, curved glass railing staircase, a glass elevator, high-end floor finishes and state-of-the-art LED lighting. The build-out also includes a Gym area, a 7′-diameter in-ground spa, steam room, cold (chilled) shower and standard shower and locker areas. The remaining 72,500 square feet of warehouse includes a structure with 30′ clear height, Early-Suppression, Fast-Response (ESFR) fire sprinkler system, evaporative coolers with central pumping station, and LED high-bay lighting. Also within the warehouse is a 72,000 square foot, 4-level catwalk storage rack system. Both buildings utilize roof top solar to reduce energy cost.
