Cindy Thomas

Cindy Thomas was born in Michigan and moved to Arizona with her parents as a young child. She is a graduate of the University of Phoenix, earning a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in accounting and finance. Cindy was hired as Chief Financial Officer for Sun State Builders in 2016, bringing her extensive experience in accounting within the real estate industry to the team. She began working with Sun State Builders as a finance and accounting consultant before she was offered the position as CFO. Cindy spent more than 16 years in accounting within the real estate industry including working for MCO Properties for nearly a decade. She is well-versed in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting for real estate development projects throughout the U.S. She was on the board of the Fountain Hills Community Foundation for many years and served as treasurer. In 2018, Cindy was recognized by AZ Big Media on the list of Most Influential Women in Arizona.
