Brian Snow

Brian Snow brings more than 40 years of experience in construction to the Sun State Builders team. He began working in the field on job sites and rose to management positions. He graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in industrial construction management from Colorado State University. Upon graduation, Brian joined his family’s commercial general construction business where he worked for thirteen years. He took a position with Sun State Builders in 1999 in project management and he’s been instrumental in streamlining procedures for the project management staff and their assistants to work more efficiently. He’s reworked subcontract forms and purchase orders to more accurately reflect the subcontractors’ and suppliers’ scopes of work as well as enhancing the estimating program to develop more accurate budgets for clients. He is involved in training junior project managers and assistants to further enhance their construction careers. In addition, Brian is focused on sales, establishing relationships with new clients and delivering services to ongoing customers. As Environmental Impact Manager, Brian oversees the company’s compliance programs and efforts regarding dust control and stormwater pollution prevention.
