Bill Heller is a design-build expert with more than 4 decades of experience working in the construction industry. He attended college in New York where he studied architecture and construction technology. He has a diverse background in construction contracting and design. His experience spans all types of construction including commercial, medical, hospitality, industrial, high-end residential and government projects for both new construction and remodeling. Bill worked in one of the largest construction companies in the U.S. (Structure Tone), with small to medium sized companies and he ran his own design-build company for 20 years. As the Pre-Construction Manager for Sun State Builders, he also brings his skills in conceptual budgeting, sales and navigating the turbulent waters of pricing volatility, skilled labor shortages and material/fixture supply chain issues. Bill was an early leader of environmentally sensitive construction and helped establish the Green Building Program for the city of Scottsdale. He is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators. Outside of work he is a proud grandfather to his two grandchildren, an avid sports fan and outdoors enthusiast.
