Sun State Builders is proud to be named a top general contractor in the 2026-2027 Phoenix Business Journal Book of Lists. Companies are ranked by 2025 Arizona billings for buildings built in Arizona. The list was also published in the June 2026 print issue of the Phoenix Business Journal and online.
The List is a weekly report compiled by Phoenix Business Journal offering an in-depth look at the largest and most influential players in industry sectors that define The Valley’s economy. Almost 100 separate lists containing leading companies and projects in their respective fields are included in the annual Book of Lists published at the end of the year.
