Sun State Builders recently completed two projects in Prescott, Ariz. Construction on Canyon Bible Church and Findlay Hyundai was complete in April and both opened for operations in their new space in May.
Canyon Bible Church purchased the land and contracted Sun State Builders to lead the $7.57 million design-build project. The 24,689 square-foot church, situated on 15 acres includes a main sanctuary with seating capacity for 820, a large entry vestibule with a warm-up kitchen, five multi-purpose rooms, a nursery and five offices to accommodate administrative staff. The new campus is located at 6215 Willow Creek Rd. in Prescott.

Findlay Hyundai Prescott, is a 35,062-square-foot, state-of-the-art automotive dealership located at 1315 Auto Park Dr. The $11.5 million design-bid-build project features a four-car showroom, a modern customer lounge, enclosed service drive, 17 full-service bays, two new vehicle delivery bays, an automated carwash and a large parts storage area. The building features glass office partitions and custom ACM panels throughout the showroom and boast an upscale customer lounge.
