Sun State Builders is proud to make the 2024 Phoenix Business Journal list of the Largest Valley Construction Projects. Announced March 25, 2024. Projects featured are ranked by total project budget that started construction in Phoenix Business Journal for 2024. Gateway Executive Airpark, North Valley Industrial Park Phase 2 and Caprock Chandler are all recognized. The List was published in the print issue of The Phoenix Business Journal, online and it will be featured in the publication’s annual Book of Lists.
The List is a weekly report compiled by Phoenix Business Journal offering an in-depth look at the largest and most influential players in industry sectors that define The Valley’s economy. Almost 100 separate lists containing leading companies and projects in their respective fields are included in the annual Book of Lists published at the end of the year.
