The building we purchased was developed and constructed by Sun state Builders in 1995/1996 for Rohm & Hass.  Although this property and building is approaching the age of 20 years, it remains in excellent condition.  We consider it as a show case for Sturgeon Electric operations and the surrounding neighborhood.
This is a real tribute to the longevity of the Sun state teams ability to develop properties in a manner that contribute to long term architectural features, construction methods and sustainability for the community.
